Is is Biblical to consecrate women for ministry?

In 2013 and 14 the General Conference asked for a detailed study on Biblical evidence for and against women being ordained as pastors. One thousand pages of scholarly work were produced. In the end the two positions were summarized. The one supporting women pastors being ordained as their local communities were impressed to do by the Holy spirit became known as Position 2. Here we call it Consecrating Women.
